About the role
This position is responsible for developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies
- Monitor equipment performance data to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions
- Train operators on new maintenance procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in predictive maintenance or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with predictive maintenance software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in predictive maintenance
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis
- Experience with machine learning algorithms
