About the role

This position is responsible for developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies
  • Monitor equipment performance data to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions
  • Train operators on new maintenance procedures
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in predictive maintenance or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with predictive maintenance software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in predictive maintenance

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms
  • Knowledge of IoT and sensor technologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
