For our client, we are seeking a Senior Scientist to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $152,800 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Design and execute analyses of various traits in population cohorts to support research and partnership evaluations Integrate analyses of genetics and EHR data for target identification and biomarker discovery Collaborate with biology, clinical, and business teams to derive actionable insights from data Communicate findings through presentations and reports, contributing to scientific publications and conferences Qualifications PhD in Statistical Genetics, Human Genetics, Computational Biology, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience, particularly in rare disease genetics Hands-on experience with UK Biobank and All of Us data, demonstrating understanding of their architecture and data types Extensive experience in QC, analysis, and interpretation of human genetics data including single-variant and gene-based association analyses Proficient in Python and experienced with AI-powered tools to enhance analytical productivity and reliability Experience with inferring disease incidence and prevalence from genetic data Benefits Market-leading compensation with performance bonuses and equity options 401(k) plan with employer matching and employee stock purchase program Comprehensive health benefits with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and dependents Flexible paid time off policy allowing for a healthy work-life balance Continuous career development through education and growth opportunities, including access to coaching and professional development resources Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
