Senior Scientist, Analytical Sciences (Contract)

Summary We are seeking a Senior Scientist to lead analytical development and product characterization activities for molecules in drug development. Key Responsibilities Include Independently developing and optimizing analytical methods to support all stages of drug development.Designing experiments and performing sample analysis using techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, GC, UV-Vis, and other laboratory instruments.Ensuring accurate and reliable results through proper instrument operation and understanding test procedures.Utilizing software for data collection, analysis, and report preparation.Maintaining detailed records to ensure compliance, traceability, and data integrity.Preparing presentation materials and communicating research findings to teams and management.Authoring and reviewing technical reports and documentation for regulatory submissions. Qualifications Include Master’s degree in chemistry with over 8 years of research experience, or Ph.D. with at least 3 years industry experience in drug discovery and development.Hands-on expertise with chromatography, spectroscopy, titration, particle size analysis, microscopy, and other analytical techniques.Experience with laboratory software and data analysis tools.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and prior work in GLP/cGMP environments.Excellent communication, organization, and ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.Experience in late-stage development or manufacturing is preferred.
