What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path method. - Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables as defined in the master schedule. - Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for optimal client outcomes. - Ensure schedules adhere to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents. - Provide regular updates on schedule progress and offer planning and scheduling recommendations throughout project life cycles.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

- Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction discipline. - Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience. - Proficiency in using P6 software. - Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset. - Ability to effectively interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
