Senior Scheduler
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
Thus we need to decide sections: The posting includes:
- Intro paragraph: "In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities. Imagine Next! At Parsons, you can imagine a career where you thrive, work with exceptional people, and be yourself. Guided by our leadership vision of valuing people, embracing agility, and fostering growth, we cultivate an innovative culture that empowers you to achieve your full potential. Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible."
That could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". Use
About the role
and then ...
.
- Job Description paragraph: "Parsons is seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced Senior Scheduler to support a major program and construction management team serving a Department of War customer in the National Capital Region. Parsons will provide Owner’s Agent services including program management, construction management, scheduling, risk management, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and related support. The Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain program and project schedules, evaluate contractor performance, identify schedule risks, perform schedule analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to Government and project leadership."
That could be part of About the role or separate "Job Description". But we can combine into About the role.
- "What You’ll Be Doing" list: many bullet points. Should be a section "Responsibilities" with - each bullet.
- "What Required Skills You’ll Bring": list of requirements (clearance, degree, years, proficiency, etc). That's "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Use
Requirements
with .
- "What Desired Skills You’ll Bring": list of desired skills. Could be "Preferred Qualifications" or "Skills". Use Skills
maybe.
- "Additional Position Expectations": paragraph about independent work, etc. Could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section "Expectations". Might be considered part of Responsibilities. But we can include as a separate section "Additional Expectations" but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine with Responsibilities.
- "Security Clearance Requirement": repeats active Secret security clearance required. Already in Required Skills. Could be omitted duplicate.
- "This position is part of our Federal Solutions team." paragraph about Federal Solutions. Could be part of About the role or separate "About the company". Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about the team. Could include as part of About the role.
- "Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00": That's Pay. So we need a Pay section with that info. Must not be placeholder; it's specific. So include Pay
with Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
.
- Benefits paragraph: "We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!" That's Benefits. So include Benefits
with - each benefit.
- EEO statement and fraud warning etc should be removed.
- "Imagine next and join the Parsons quest—APPLY TODAY!" is application instruction, remove.
- "Parsons is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices..." remove.
Thus sections: About the role (intro + job description + Federal Solutions paragraph), Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing), Requirements (What Required Skills You’ll Bring), Skills (What Desired Skills You’ll Bring), Pay, Benefits.
We could also include Schedule? No schedule info not given. So omit.
Now need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract content precisely.
