We're seeking candidates based in California with experience supporting HCAI healthcare projects. This is a fantastic opportunity where you'll play a key role on our scheduling team, developing and analyzing CPM schedules, supporting project controls efforts, communicating schedule strategies to clients and project teams, and collaborating with both external stakeholders and internal team members. You'll support one of the largest healthcare programs in the country, working on complex and rewarding projects while continuing to grow your career alongside a passionate team of scheduling, project management, and cost management professionals. Responsibilities: Independently create, review, and analyze CPM schedules in an efficient and comprehensive manner.Effectively utilize available scheduling techniques and software to provide the greatest value to the client and OCMI. This includes creating CPM schedules, baselines, and schedule updates at all levels of project development, independently or as part of an internal or external team.Develop comprehensive schedules that communicate the client's project and strategic goals.Meet all contractual compliance requirements.Represent a realistic and feasible planning approach while incorporating project constraints into the scheduling effort.Communicate effectively through clear and concise verbal, written, and graphical means appropriate to the project's goals.Understand principles of construction sequencing, cost estimating, and productivity in establishing schedule parameters, including durations, cost loading, and resource loading.Review project documentation and coordinate with project teams to develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout all phases of design and construction.Be capable of explaining schedule deliverables, critical path, and schedule analyses in formal meetings, presentations, and client discussions.Perform Time Impact Analyses and develop schedule fragnet analyses.Support schedule reviews, delay analyses, and project reporting for HCAI healthcare projects.Perform other scheduler-related duties as assigned and assist with business development efforts as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 (latest version).Prior HCAI healthcare project scheduling experience is required.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel intermittently for client meetings, project site visits, and project support.Strong self-starter with demonstrated leadership experience.Solid understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques.Thorough understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and its practical application to construction projects.Understanding of contractual scheduling requirements and planning provisions.Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, and general conditions) at all levels of design.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; applicable construction industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
