Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome.
• Ensure the schedule adheres to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.

Requirements

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and the ability to expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• A degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Working experience using P6.

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $145,067, with the actual salary offered dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
