Senior SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) consultant

Responsibilities
- Provide functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues impacting Treasury and cash management operations.
- Support critical Treasury business processes, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, payment processing, and month-end activities.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and create detailed functional specifications.
- Lead and support system enhancements, testing activities, deployments, and process optimization initiatives.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and technical teams to design and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Treasury functions and SAP Finance modules.
- Support banking integrations, payment platforms, and reconciliation processes to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Treasury transformation and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Treasury solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA Treasury.
- Proven experience supporting production environments and delivering system enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury operations, liquidity management, banking processes, and financial controls.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end SAP Treasury implementation experience.
- Utility industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing debt instruments, investments, letters of credit, and financial risk management processes.
- SAP S/4HANA Treasury or SAP Finance certification.
- Experience participating in Treasury transformation or modernization initiatives.
Pay
The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $134,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
