Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, RFP responses, and solution design.
- Own and deliver Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to demonstrate business impact, risk reduction, and ROI.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Security, Basis administration, and system architecture.
- Design and implement SAP security solutions tailored to customer landscapes and compliance requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving SAP security best practices and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Monitor solution performance and proactively optimize configurations based on client feedback and data analysis.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and decision-makers in English across international customer environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP Security, SAP Basis, and technical implementations.
- Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales consulting, and solution scoping.
- Strong expertise in user & role management, SAP system security, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in delivering PoV engagements and technical presentations.
- Proficient in data-driven analysis and process optimization.
- Experience in complex industries like utilities, manufacturing, or telecommunications is an advantage.
- Professional English communication skills (C1 or above) to lead client engagements effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in SAP Security, SAP Basis, SAP Architecture, or SAP GRC.
- Familiarity with security monitoring tools and audit frameworks.
- Background in customer success or solution consulting.
