Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation, planning, coordination, and delivery for SAP S4 initiatives
- Break down project scope into detailed technical tasks and prioritize them
- Manage cross-functional project teams and infrastructure builds
- Implement lean-agile practices, sometimes acting as Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Maintain and refine project schedules, RAID logs, and work trackers
- Engage and manage technical and business resources, coaching team members
- Manage risks, issues, and task interdependencies effectively
Qualifications
- University Degree and 10 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 7 years experience, or 14 years relevant experience without a degree
- Technical project management experience with SAP S4 transformations
- Experience in core infrastructure technologies (Networking, VCAP, Firewalls, Cloud)
- Successful management of multiple concurrent technical projects using governance frameworks
- PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certification
