Senior SAP Business Process Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and document assigned SAP S/4HANA processes, ensuring continuous improvement
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and work instructions
• Define and enforce governance practices for master data quality
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and verify solutions
• Define, monitor, and report performance indicators for your process domain
• Deliver role-based training and support system changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 12+ years of SAP experience in lieu of degree
• 10+ years in business process or SAP functional roles, with 5+ years owning an end-to-end process
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge or ECC with migration experience in at least one core module
• Demonstrated mastery of data quality, advanced Excel skills, and experience validating data extracts
• Licenses or certifications such as Lean/Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or SAP preferred
• Experience leading user acceptance testing and employing AI tools in business contexts
