Senior SAP Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, CX Solutions Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This role focuses on delivering integrated customer engagement solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Service Cloud V1 solutions, including lead and opportunity management, customer data management, service ticketing, workflows, and SLA processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party applications.
• Support testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C), with a strong background in V1 or the broader SAP CRM platform.
• Ability to design and enhance SAP CX solutions based on business requirements.
• Experience with systems integration, particularly with ERP systems.
• Proven experience collaborating with business and functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• 8-10+ years of experience in a similar senior-level capacity.
• 5+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer service processes.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP CX certifications, SAP BTP, C4C SDK/ABSL, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Fiori integration experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year.
