We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a highly skilled Salesforce developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, CPQ configuration, and Quote-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and contract lifecycle management. Experience with Logik.io is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
  • Perform complex customizations and configurations within Salesforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with security best practices and data governance policies.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce development, including:
    • Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Test Classes).
    • Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security models.
    • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.
    • Good CPQ knowledge, including product configurations, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, quote templates, and contract lifecycle management.
    • Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines for complex product and pricing configurations is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Location: Simplus US San Ramon, CA United States of America. This role may offer some flexibility for remote working for a particularly strong candidate although being within the Pacific time-zone is essential.
