About the RoleThis is a hands-on senior role combining development, application support and integration work. You will own the enhancement of an established Salesforce environment used across a global organization, turning business requests into practical, secure and scalable solutions, and supporting the product owner in prioritizing a dynamic backlog. What You Will DoDesign, build and deploy Salesforce solutions end to end in Apex, Lightning Web Components and FlowsMaintain and optimize existing functionality and integrations across the Salesforce environmentCreate and maintain integrations with other applications and systems, including cloud-based ERP platforms, using REST APIs and web servicesManage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles and permissions, page layouts, custom objects and custom record typesMaintain RBAC and system access for all users and rolesPerform day-to-day administration and monitoring, track system health indicators and act on their statusTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and user issues affecting business operationsWork with stakeholders to clarify and document requests as user stories, and facilitate workshops where neededCreate and maintain documentation to enable ongoing support of the platform What We Are Looking For3+ years of Salesforce consultancy or senior administration experienceProficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, GitHub and REST APIsDemonstrable experience of having coded Salesforce solutions from start to finish, with a solid grounding in Salesforce development methodologyExperience developing and managing multiple Salesforce instancesPrevious experience with Salesforce ERP implementations or project integrations, and a strong technical understanding of cloud-based ERP systemsExperience with complex data flows and data transfer processesExperience with system uplifts to support Salesforce functionality and security changesExperience operating in an international multi-site environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort facilitating stakeholder workshops Nice to HaveSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder or AdministratorKnowledge of add-on apps such as Apsona and CongaExperience with Agile delivery practices and backlog refinementKnowledge of DevOps, release management and deployment pipelines in Salesforce Please indicate your state of residence in your application.
