Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, performance optimization, and enterprise integrations. This role requires a hands-on developer who can build scalable applications, optimize high-volume environments, and deliver innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce. Job Title Senior Salesforce Developer Job Description Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.Optimize Lightning Web Components for performance, scalability, and user experience.Build enterprise-grade frameworks for error handling, asynchronous processing, monitoring, and logging.Design and support high-volume integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.Develop scalable solutions using Batch Apex, Queueables, and Platform Events.Perform code reviews and establish development standards, governance, and best practices.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using Salesforce Event Monitoring and related tools.Support DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices. Qualifications & Skills 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.Salesforce Certified Application Architect required.Strong expertise with:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce FlowsPlatform EventsSOQL/SOSLSalesforce DXDeep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, sharing models, and governor limits.Proven experience designing scalable asynchronous solutions and high-performance Salesforce applications.Strong MuleSoft experience, including API design and integration architecture.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Experience with Git, Copado, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and modern web technologies.
