Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders from the business and Corporate Systems technical team to develop technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options.
• Build trusted relationships with internal clients and Corporate Systems technology leads to ensure our commitment towards delivery and service levels.
• Coach junior developer resources on the team.
• Identify and reduce technical debt on the platform.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Recommend best practices with respect to dev-ops and coding standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform, and at least two years of experience in managing a small dev squad.
• Salesforce certifications a plus, including Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset preferred).
• Experience with integration architecture third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as Informatica) with Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of platform data models and APIs (Application Program Interfaces).
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and identify solution options.
• Ability to facilitate complex discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management across the organization.
