  • Partner with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, QA, DevSecOps, and vendor partners to translate GB360 Service business needs into technical stories, estimates, design options, and implementation plans.
  • Apply configuration-first thinking where appropriate to minimize unnecessary customization while ensuring approved custom development is secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to Salesforce platform limits.
  • Design and support integrations connecting GB360 Service with enterprise platforms such as Data Hubs, Seismic, underwriting, pricing, MetIQ, workflow systems, analytics, and related Sales Technology ecosystem components.
  • Participate in SAFe and Agile routines including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, dependency discussions, release planning, and production readiness reviews.
  • Use approved AI-assisted development tools to accelerate technical analysis, code generation, test design, documentation, defect analysis, and release preparation while maintaining human review and secure development discipline.
  • Perform peer reviews of Salesforce code, configuration, design artifacts, test approaches, deployment plans, and release materials to support quality and maintainability.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, support automated testing, assist with system/integration testing and UAT, and partner on defect triage and release go/no-go decisions.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, Salesforce defects, integration failures, performance concerns, security/permission issues, and technical debt for GB360 Service capabilities.

  • Experience designing or supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, event-based patterns, middleware, ETL/ELT, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery teams, including story estimation, backlog refinement, PI/sprint planning, demos, testing, release readiness, and production support handoff.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical options, design tradeoffs, implementation plans, risks, assumptions, and support considerations.
