Senior Salesforce Developer

Daily Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools.
• Solutioning, Designing and developing business application functionality.
• Perform fit-gap analysis mapping business requirements to Salesforce best practices, capabilities, features.
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
• Support application solution by working with the Development Team.
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
• Design and development of API integrations with external business systems.
• Assess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems, Finance, Business Management, or related STEM field.
• Understanding and/or experience with the Agile Methodology.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience consulting as a Mid-Level Developer in an Enterprise-level Salesforce Program.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience developing Web Service (i.e., JSON and XML) between Salesforce Org and third-party applications.
• Strong knowledge of Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Solutioning Custom Objects, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts and communication templates.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code.
• Certified Salesforce System Administrator.
