Senior Salesforce Developer Architect
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer Architect to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will shape and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex enterprise needs in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to translate requirements into secure, maintainable architectures. In addition to leading design conversations, this person will provide hands-on development expertise and help guide teams toward best practices that improve data quality, integration performance, and overall platform effectiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions in line with enterprise standards.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce technical solutions using best practices.
- Advise stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
- Guide and mentor project teams on Salesforce development and architecture standards.
- Perform hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement integrations and ensure data quality across Salesforce environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years.
- 8+ years of experience designing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience in Contact Center and Federal Government contexts.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex Salesforce projects.

Pay
$107,900 – $195,050 annually
