Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will own core Salesforce administration and business analysis work that supports multiple business functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions, improve processes, and help drive effective adoption of the platform in a B2B manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to strengthen data governance, streamline operations, and support CRM-related initiatives from concept through execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce platform to support various business functions
- Manage user onboarding, roles, and data governance
- Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and implement solutions that enhance operational processes
- Serve as a liaison between business users and the technical team
- Lead CRM-related projects from conception to execution
- Drive user adoption and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Strong Salesforce administration expertise and understanding of CRM best practices
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement procedures
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Experience in B2B environments such as semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology

Pay
$109,300 – $143,430 annually
