About the Opportunity:The SENIOR SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST role is centered on mapping and optimizing cross-functional workflows within the clinical engineering team. This position bridges business strategy and technical implementation by aligning stakeholders, standardizing procedures, and developing solutions using Salesforce's no-code features. The role significantly contributes to improving operational efficiency and customer experience through process evaluation, design, and automation. Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimizationDevelop enterprise process maps and work instructionsIdentify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunitiesEstablish process governance and standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and engineering teamsEngineer and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales CloudServe as subject matter expert on Salesforce Health CloudFacilitate process workshops with business stakeholdersPartner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teamsTranslate operational needs into scalable business solutionsDrive Lean and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performancePerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Requirements:4-5 years of experience in analysis and process improvement rolesProven ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholdersExperience delivering complex Salesforce software solutions including Flow design and no-code platform useStrong understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIRKnowledge of security and access controls related to health dataExperience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systemsExperience migrating business processes to SalesforceAbility to prioritize and address underlying requirementsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines like Github Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins Pay Range and Compensation Package:The base salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and geographic location.
