Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

LABUR is partnering with a client to bring on a Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise. This role will drive two high-priority initiatives: a commercial forecasting project within Sales Cloud and a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation leveraging the IronClad connected app.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis effort for a commercial forecasting initiative within Salesforce Sales Cloud, translating business goals into actionable platform requirements
• Drive the CLM (IronClad) implementation by developing SFDC workflows in coordination with the project team deploying the IronClad connected app
• Gather and document business requirements as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops, bridging business users and technical teams
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop supporting test scripts
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track project progress and adoption
• Support change management, end-user training, and system adoption efforts
• Map current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms, with deep Sales Cloud expertise (required)
• Experience with CLM platforms, IronClad preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Admin 201) preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Pay

$65-$70/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
