Where You Will Make a Difference
Salesforce Co-Ownership
- Co-own Salesforce administration with our existing Senior Salesforce Administrator & GTM Systems Manager: user and permission management, security, data quality, reports and dashboards
- Own the health of existing flows and automation: review, challenge, simplify, and rebuild where legacy design no longer matches the business
- Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for your time zone, from user support through to process decisions
- Uphold a disciplined change management framework: sandbox usage, testing, documentation, and release hygiene
Business Process Design
- Understand the commercial logic behind our processes (pricing, quoting, renewals, territories) and translate it into clean, maintainable Salesforce design
- Challenge requirements before building: push back when a request adds complexity without business value, and propose simpler alternatives
- Contribute to CPQ and pricing infrastructure initiatives, ensuring system design reflects how Revizto actually sells
GTM Tech Stack & Integrations
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and core GTM tools (HubSpot, Gong, enrichment and orchestration tools)
- Troubleshoot data flow issues across systems and drive structural fixes at the source, not workarounds
- Support Finance on multi-currency, multi-entity data needs and reporting accuracy
Collaboration & Coverage
- Share the platform roadmap with our Senior Salesforce Administrator & GTM Systems Manager, with clear domain split and smooth handoffs across time zones
- Partner with Sales, Account managers, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders as an advisor on process and systems, not only as an executor
- Ensure processes stay consistent across regions while accommodating local requirements where necessary
Who You Are
- Located in the US within CT, FL, GA, MA, NY, PA, SC, or VA, or Canada within the Eastern Time Zone
- 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in B2B SaaS; Salesforce Administrator certification required, Advanced Admin preferred
- An admin and business mindset: your strength is declarative design (Flows, validation rules, data model) grounded in commercial understanding
- A track record of challenging and improving existing processes, with examples of complexity you removed rather than added
- Experience translating complex business models and pricing structures into scalable Salesforce processes
- Comfortable co-owning a platform: you communicate openly, document rigorously, and respect a shared release process
- Experience with at least one marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with sales engagement tools (Gong, or similar)
- Autonomous in a remote, global environment; a clear communicator in English across Sales, Account management, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders
- Bonus: exposure to CPQ tools, multi-currency Salesforce orgs, Snowflake or BI tools, or orchestration platforms (n8n, Clay, Zapier)
