About the role
This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in the print industry and a proven ability to sell into mid-sized to large and complex business environments. As a Senior Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the print space.
Responsibilities
- Possess and leverage a comprehensive portfolio of print solutions to help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized and large organizations.
- Create and execute strategic territory and account plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Present and position Marco’s full suite of print and document management solutions to leaders, operations managers, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal technical specialists and solution architects to design and deliver tailored print solutions for complex business environments.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline status, and forecasting in CRM platforms.
- Stay informed on trends in print technology, managed print services, and digital transformation to support consultative selling.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the print or managed print industry.
- Demonstrated ability to win and grow new business with mid-sized to large and/or multi-location customers.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
