About the role
Nuvex Nova is a tech-powered home services marketplace connecting vetted, GPS-tracked professionals with clients who need work done right. We're scaling fast and need experienced closers to help us land and grow high-value accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close on B2B accounts
- Manage and grow a book of business — upsell additional services, increase task volume
- Work closely with ops to ensure client onboarding is smooth and retention stays high
- Mentor junior SDRs and share what's working in the field
- Track pipeline and performance through the Nuvex Nova Sales Hub
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in services, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Proven ability to close deals over $5K+ annually per account
- Strong relationship management — clients should want to call you, not avoid you
- Comfortable running demos independently and handling objections without a script
Compensation
- 5% commission on every paid task from your clients — recurring
- Performance bonuses for quarterly targets hit
- Top performers eligible for Regional Sales Lead track
