About the role
The Senior Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships within the signage industry. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining autonomy in their sales efforts. The representative will manage a diverse client base and will receive support in developing their sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all business development activities
- Receive approximately 5–7 qualified leads per day while also building a personal sales pipeline
- Engage with clients nationwide, including opportunities with Boston-based clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Consult with customers to assess their signage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through project completion
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and project specifications
- Cook up with internal teams for design, production, and installation
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
- Multiply and exceed individual sales goals
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Cook up site visits and sign surveys as required
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the signage industry
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience in signage production or design is also acceptable
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- High school diploma
- Experience with FastSigns is a plus, but not required
- Experience using CoreBridge CRM is preferred
