About the role
We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Project Manager to join our Cummins Inc. team in Shoreview, MN.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Drive successful project execution by establishing clear scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Partner with global stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate activities and achieve program objectives.
- Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining project continuity.
- Optimize resource utilization to balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements across multiple initiatives.
- Deliver actionable project insights through financial reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status communications.
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness by coaching project teams, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration across functions.
- Ensure project accountability through disciplined documentation, governance, and stakeholder engagement that drives successful business outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs while effectively managing competing priorities, complexity, and organizational change.
- Strong project management expertise with the ability to drive execution, manage resources, control risks, and deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse global teams.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience leveraging data and performance metrics to support decision-making and project success.
- Proven ability to navigate international business environments while maintaining a customer-focused, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
Qualifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Skills
- Fluent English (required).
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage AI to improve productivity, project planning, reporting, analysis, communication, and operational efficiency.
