Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to enhance revenue for live combat sports events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and advertisers aligned with combat sports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Evaluate and refine existing sales approaches to identify high-value advertiser segments.
- Educate clients on packaging and pitching combat sponsorships, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and providing constructive feedback.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad sales strategy, with a focus on combat sports.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and owning sales processes in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the TV/CTV ecosystem and how it intersects with combat sports.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of connecting technical and commercial teams.
- Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations and demonstrate good judgment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-autonomy environments that require self-starters.
- Established relationships with major brands and HoldCos in the combat sports sector.
- Familiarity with sponsorship packaging and revenue generation frameworks specific to combat sports.
- Knowledge of current trends and dynamics within the combat sports industry.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
