Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Sales, Americas to define and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Streamline sales processes, including pipeline management, CRM optimization, and sales enablement tools.
- Work closely with inside sales, solution architecture, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Monitor sales KPIs, conduct data-driven insights, and recommend adjustments to improve conversion rates and revenue attainment.
- Contribute to sales operations, business development, and support functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Serve as a liaison between sales leadership, front-line managers, individual contributors (sellers), and executive teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, and strategy, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Expertise in sales process optimization and ability to mentor teams.
- Experience driving accountability and navigating high-growth environments.
- Strategic thinking to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
- Executive-level communication skills, including experience creating board-level presentation decks and customer engagement materials.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $180,000 – $250,000 USD, reflecting expected base compensation. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
