Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of commission/sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics that inform strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Own the Salesforce CRM roadmap for the Sales team, driving adoption, data integrity, and the rollout of new tools and capabilities
- Identify trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, compelling narratives around the numbers — always asking "why" behind the data
- Influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maximize commercial performance
- Serve as a trusted partner and communication bridge across departments, from frontline sales to executive leadership
Experience and Qualifications
- A degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related business discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a global sales operations' environment (a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software systems and a strong command of data analysis tools (excel, tableau, python)
- A genuine curiosity for what drives business performance — and storytelling skills to make it actionable
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead without authority, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay
Hiring salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000.
