Senior Sales Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance - Public Sector

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance - Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead a high-performing sales team focused on governance, risk, and compliance solutions for public sector customers. The position will combine coaching, forecasting, territory management, and performance leadership to help drive quota attainment and team development. The ideal candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders and customers to build strong relationships and deliver consistent growth in a complex sales environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $266,000 – $430,000 annually Responsibilities Develop personalized coaching plans for team members Mentor the team to foster a growth mindset Recruit top-performing sales talent and manage team performance Set and prioritize account territories for the sales team Develop and review sales forecasts and plans Analyze data to track performance and identify trends Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales 3+ years of progressive sales management experience in software or technology Undergraduate degree or equivalent career experience Experience with public sector customers, including SLED or Federal, preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding complex sales quotas Exceptional communication skills and executive presence Ability to coach and manage a diverse sales team Benefits Eligible for commission based on sales performance Restricted Stock Units granted at hire 401(k) match available Comprehensive employee benefits package Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
