Senior Sales Leader, US Retail CPG Enterprise Greenfield
About the role
AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to identify innovative ways to improve outcomes for customers, drive revenue and adoption, and help refine the AWS strategy within the Enterprise segment. You will build and manage a highly talented sales team focused on revenue, implement solutions, create key partnerships for scale, develop the public sector ecosystem, and build market momentum.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team focused on delivering cloud services and solutions
- Create a clear partner and Professional Services strategy to scale reach, drive adoption, and deliver great customer experiences
- Develop the partner ecosystem and align strategy with the Amazon Partner Network (APN) team
- Coach and develop your sales team to ensure their success
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Requirements
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- 10+ years of technology sales experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position varies by location:
- San Luis Obispo, CA: $187,000 - $252,900 USD annually
- Chicago, IL: $187,000 - $252,900 USD annually
- Minneapolis, MN: $187,000 - $252,900 USD annually
- New York, NY: $205,700 - $278,200 USD annually
- Dallas, TX: $187,000 - $252,900 USD annually
- Houston, TX: $187,000 - $252,900 USD annually
- Seattle, WA: $187,000 - $252,900 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
