Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for new product introductions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food technology or biotechnology
• Strong understanding of fermentation processes and protein science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing R&D projects
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Understanding of sustainable agriculture practices
• Previous experience in the food tech or biotech industry

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
