Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand distribution with existing and new retailers, such as Anthropologie, Evereve, Tuckernuck, and expand into Macy’s and Nordstrom.
  • Own and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth within the first year.
  • Manage the day-to-day wholesale operations, working cross-functionally with account managers, design, merchandising, and leadership.
  • Develop strategic pricing and tiered distribution plans.
  • Manage and drive DTC optimization based on sales data.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of sales experience in women’s Casual knits, athleisure, or sportswear branded space.
  • Proven track record scaling brands into multi-million-dollar wholesale businesses.
  • Existing relationships with premium and specialty retailers.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $120,000 - $130,000 (Actual salary based on experience and skill level).
