Senior Sales Engineer (US Based) | Identity Security

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales cycle for enterprise opportunities, including discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, evaluations, and handoff to post-sales teams
- Architect and position Identity Security solutions aligned with customer business outcomes and security strategies
- Lead and execute Proof of Concept / Proof of Value (POC/POV) engagements in complex enterprise environments
- Act as a trusted advisor for CISOs, technical leaders, partners, and enterprise stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Drive deal momentum by proactively removing technical blockers and accelerating evaluation cycles
- Build and expand technical relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and strategic accounts across North America
- Partner closely with Account Executives to increase technical win rates and support predictable revenue growth
- Represent Segura in webinars, events, partner enablement sessions, and industry-facing technical initiatives
- Mentor and support regional Sales Engineers, contributing to technical and commercial best practices
- Act as a customer advocate internally, collaborating with Product, Architecture, Delivery, and other cross-functional teams
Main Requirements
- Strong experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales roles within enterprise technology or cybersecurity environments
- Strong experience in Identity Security, IAM, PAM, IGA, CIEM, ITDR, or related cybersecurity domains
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and conducting successful POCs/POVs
- Strong business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer outcomes
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders, including CISOs and senior leadership teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Experience working alongside channel partners, VARs, and enterprise sales organizations
- Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, commercial, and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, authentication technologies, and integrations
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MEDDPICC, consultative selling, or value-based technical sales methodologies is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluent English is required
- Spanish is a plus
