Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions and value to business and technical audiences.
  • Congduct needs assessment, consultation, and customer support with a team of professionals.
  • Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx inquiries.
  • Assist in curating RFx responses with product management.
  • Prioritize and manage top regional opportunities, driving them to closure.
  • Provide solution feedback and competitive intel to product management and marketing.
  • Coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, and POC execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience in Identity Governance and Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, or Identity Security.
  • Strong affinity with AI (Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, MCP).
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent technical certifications (ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $180,000 - $221,250, plus eligibility for Sales Commission Plan.
