Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions and value to business and technical audiences.
- Congduct needs assessment, consultation, and customer support with a team of professionals.
- Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx inquiries.
- Assist in curating RFx responses with product management.
- Prioritize and manage top regional opportunities, driving them to closure.
- Provide solution feedback and competitive intel to product management and marketing.
- Coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, and POC execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience in Identity Governance and Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, or Identity Security.
- Strong affinity with AI (Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, MCP).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent technical certifications (ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation
Annual salary range: $180,000 - $221,250, plus eligibility for Sales Commission Plan.
