About the role
We are seeking a driven sales professional with a proven track record selling into health benefits programs and plans. Your mandate will be to turn warm and cold opportunities into closed deals.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a pipeline of prospects within our core ICP (plan designers / benefits decision-makers / TPA backroom / BPO opportunities)
- Execute full-cycle sales from outreach through close, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Develop deep expertise in our product to deliver compelling, tailored demos and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maximize inbound and outbound conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts to leadership
- Surface insights from the market to inform product and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare benefits or HR tech
- Demonstrated experience selling to HR leaders, benefits managers, or plan designers
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Startup experience or comfort operating in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
