Requirements
- 2–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven ability to run cold outbound motions (calls, email, LinkedIn) targeting Director/VP-level and C-suite personas
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions
- Confident conducting structured discovery and qualifying opportunities
- A self-starter who wants to grow, take ownership, and contribute to building a world-class sales engine
- Bonus: Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or specialty physician groups

Annual Salary: Base Salary: $80K – $100K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission
