Senior Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll work a list of warm leads handpicked by leadership and guide each relationship from first call to close. You'll speak with business owners nationwide, learn their challenges, and show how Rise's debt restructuring services can help them get out of debt and build long-term success. Our senior team will train you on our services and client base, so you can confidently match the right solution to each prospect's needs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners nationwide facing financial challenges.
• Educate entrepreneurs about debt restructuring and financial recovery solutions.
• Identify qualified businesses that could benefit from our services.
• Schedule consultations with our experienced Business Consultants.
• Help business owners take the first step toward financial stability.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• An empathetic, consultative approach to working with clients
• A self-starter with a track record of personal and professional achievement
• Fluency in English
• Able to work full-time, in person at our Manhattan office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree
• Experience with CRM systems
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Mandarin

Pay

Base salary: $70,000 - $160,000 per year. Total compensation (base + commission): $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
