Serve as a trusted guide, helping customers navigate their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge. Lead by example on the showroom floor—driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring peers.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals in a retail environment
- Strong team orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment
- Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Regular movement throughout the store and continuous standing or sitting to perform job functions

Pay
Not including potential commissions, incentive, bonus, etc. Expected base pay: $15.00 per hour, advance against commission.
Schedule
Full-time, in-store position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
