About the role

Serve as a trusted guide, helping customers navigate their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge. Lead by example on the showroom floor—driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring peers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals in a retail environment
  • Strong team orientation and problem-solving mindset
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment
  • Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Able to move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Regular movement throughout the store and continuous standing or sitting to perform job functions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
