Senior Safety Specialist
About the role
As a Senior Safety Specialist, you will be a key leader in creating and maintaining an extraordinary safety culture across complex and meaningful construction projects. You will work alongside project leadership, craft professionals, and trade partners to proactively identify risks, develop practical solutions, and ensure every team member returns home safely each day.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction management or other related field required.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least two years’ experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.
- First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
- Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
Qualifications
- Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI.
- Experience leading Safety Task Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis during preconstruction planning.
- Experience supporting high risk activity planning and serving as a safety mentor for project teams.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000.00-$121,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
