Senior Safety Manager

About the role
This individual will use their knowledge and experience to provide safety training, coaching, consultation, and technical support to Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and maintains Compass safety program to conform with client safety requirements
- Manages the resolution process of safety and health issues as they arise by use of analysis, benchmarking, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Maintains injury record keeping in accordance with local, state, and federal regulation
- Identifies programs and tools to positively impact safety
- Performs claims management investigation review for injured associates
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate ability to support cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and maintain safety data dashboards, benchmark, and month-end metrics
- Ability to accurately analyze data, interpret information, and formulate recommendations
- Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations and evaluate cost and risk factors
- Ability and willingness to travel

Pay
$85,000–$90,000 annually
