Senior Rust/Solana Engineer

About the role

Build Rust and Solana transaction infrastructure for Nodveta Relay — simulation, submission, confirmation tracking, and failover.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement transaction submission services
• Build Solana simulation and confirmation tracking
• Integrate Anchor programs and protocol-specific behavior
• Improve performance, reliability, and observability
• Participate in code review and incident analysis

Requirements

• Strong Rust experience in production systems
• Understanding of Solana transaction model and RPC behavior
• Experience with distributed systems and failure handling

Preferred Skills

• Anchor program development
• Experience with idempotent submission and retry logic
• OpenTelemetry or metrics-driven operations
