Senior RPA developer

About the role

Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements. Maintain and optimize existing RPA workflows to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA applications and processes. Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
