Responsibilities

• Actively lead the study, design, and production of roadway projects for public agencies including municipalities throughout Arizona, and others including Maricopa County
• Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
• Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm
• Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff
• Monitor relevant project performance using financial indicators, budget, and schedules
• Represent B&N in both external client meetings and external professional society meetings such as APWA, ASCE, and others

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program required
• AZ PE registration or ability to obtain through reciprocity
• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
• Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Proficiency with PDF review programs (i.e. BlueBeam Revu, Adobe)
• Proficiency with design software packages (i.e. AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads) expected for work with Arizona public agencies
