Senior Risk Control Consultant

About the role

The Senior Risk Control Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, safety, regulatory, and liability exposures. This role partners with clients, carriers, claims professionals, producers, account executives, and account management teams to reduce loss frequency and severity, improve workplace safety, strengthen compliance programs, and support overall risk management strategies. The consultant plays a critical role in client retention, revenue protection, and account growth by delivering technical safety program assessments, OSHA compliance guidance, carrier inspection support, and proactive loss prevention recommendations. Acting as both a subject matter expert and client advocate, the Senior Risk Control Consultant conducts high-hazard risk engineering evaluations, supports carrier inspections and underwriting reviews, and develops actionable recommendations that help clients maintain safe, compliant, and insurable operations.
