Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 2 years in Cyber, Technology, Audit or Risk Management experience
• 1+ years of Project Management or Compliance Experience (preferred)
• At least 3 years experience in Technology Risk Management, Cybersecurity Risk Management, IT Audit, or Information Security Governance (preferred)
• At least 6 years of Financial Services, Commercial Banking, or a highly regulated industry experience (preferred)
• Technology and/or Cybersecurity risk certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or related certifications (preferred)
• Experience in performing Control Self Assessments (CSAs), Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), or completing assessments against established industry risk frameworks, including: the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (preferred)
• Experience performing data analysis in support of internal risk assessments and control reviews (preferred)
• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently interact with the cross-functional groups and enterprise stakeholders (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines (preferred)
