Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- 2+ Years in Cyber, Technology, Audit or Risk Management Experience
- 1+ Years of Project Management or Compliance Experience
- 3+ Years Experience in Technology Risk Management, Cybersecurity Risk Management, IT Audit, or Information Security Governance
- 6+ Years of Financial Services, Commercial Banking, or Highly Regulated Industry Experience
- Technology and/or Cybersecurity Risk Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM)
- Experience in Performing Control Self-Assessments (CSAs), Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), or Completing Assessments Against Established Industry Risk Frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
- Experience in Data Analysis Supporting Internal Risk Assessments and Control Reviews
- Excellent Verbal Presentation and Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Critical Thinking Skills
