Leading the Commercial Bank Policy Office: writing, updating, and socializing relevant policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide support for Regulatory Change Management: assisting in the research, analysis, and documentation of the impacts of new or changed Federal and State laws, rules, regulations, and resulting legal requirements to Commercial Bank products and services.
Aid in the assessment of risks associated with foreign borrowers and regulatory requirements for the Commercial Bank’s Cross Border Banking program.
Assist in Country Risk Assessments and drafting Country Exit Plans for in-scope countries.
Drive strategic reporting: providing comprehensive support for reporting routines, ensuring metrics are accurate and actionable for senior executive stakeholders.
Operational excellence: leading daily task execution across the team’s full scope, ensuring consistent delivery against project milestones and operational requirements.
Operational continuity: serving as the primary coverage resource for key team functions during periods of transition or leave, minimizing disruptions to critical workstreams.
Horizontal engagement model: developing and documenting a horizontal engagement model to clarify roles, interactions, and responsibilities across team functions, moving from reactive to proactive program management.
Collaborate with partners within Commercial Risk, Compliance, Legal, and various groups across the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of Financial Services or Risk Management experience
Commercial Bank experience preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a risk related role (audit, 1st line, 2nd line) preferred
